Terms & Conditions
• A non-refundable booking fee of 20% is required to secure your appointment. Final balance can be paid in cash or bank transfer.
• All booking fees are non-refundable. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will require a new booking fee. With more than 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment date once.
• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled, and your booking fee will be forfeited.
• If the condition of your nails is unsuitable for treatment, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the service. Advice and recommended next steps will be provided where possible.
• A travel fee applies for appointments located more than 5 miles from NG16 or NG19. This fee must be paid upfront alongside the booking fee. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the appointment and loss of the booking fee.
• I am not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare advice or from work carried out by another nail technician after your appointment.
• I reserve the right to refuse service in any unsafe, inappropriate, unsuitable, or disrespectful situation. This may result in loss of the booking fee and refusal of future bookings.
• I need to be informed of all allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment.
